Off-Campus Access to Content
Troubleshooting problems with off-campus access to library databases
Possible problems:
- Did you enter your campus OtterID and password, the ones you use to log in to Windows when using computers on campus? If you are a current CSUMB student, faculty or staff member you should already have a OtterID and password. If you do not have an account or you need assistance with the login process, please consult the IT OtterID Help Page.
- Are cookies enabled on your browser software? For Internet Explorer, check the settings in Internet Options under the Tools option on the top-line menu.
