Contemporary Media Concerns

The four major areas of concern regarding the media today tend to focus on Children, and often to focus on a specific media of television and the Internet.

Review all four before starting the exercise.

  1. Passive and Inactive Television Viewing by Children
  2. Advertising on Television
  3. Sex and violence on Television
  4. Exposure to Graphic Sexual material on the Internet
